Using WeChat to order and pay for food from your phone in China
The way restaurants operate in Canada is inefficient. Ordering food takes too long and the payment process takes too long. Restaurants are able to turn tables faster, reduce labour and overhead costs by allowing guests to order and pay from their phone via QR code.
We don’t charge any monthly fees or commission

Especially in a startup, IT/Engineering teams meet regularly with Marketing, Sales & product. In my opinion, IT/Engineers should be confident.
At the end of the day, the code and engineering side is everything. I trust our engineers 100%.
Advice to new engineers would be to embrace your knowledge and skill set, its so important and valuable… You may not have the same social skills as a salesperson but you have the right to be confident in your opinions, whether that is code related or business related.
