Universal Basic Pro classes for kids
JavaScript and C++

aged 13-16 y.o.
For kids interested in learning two coding languages - JavaScript and C++ - in one academic year. Classes are modular, and the fundamental basics of languages are studied sequentially. The first module - is JavaScript, and the second module - is C++.

By the end of the course, students will have several projects written using the languages studied, understanding and using the fundamental basics of JavaScript and C++.

The course is suitable for guys trained in Universal Basic. For new students who have not studied programming languages before, it can only be exciting and valuable for children over the age of 13.

Each student can then choose Java Script or C++ for more in-depth study.

What the course teaches
Basic JavaScript elements, including different kinds of data, conditional constructions, loop statements, and functions.

Introduction to jquery, object-oriented programming.

Writing algorithms, the structure of C++ programs.

Variable types, basic constructions, including loops and the control structure of the C++ language.

Working with files as well as some features of the C++ language.

Kids will learn
Create simple HTML pages, and write a text version of the game "Hangman".

Express thoughts in a form understandable for a computer: clearly and consistently.

Divide tasks into subtasks, search and find optimal solutions.

Implement both existing and own algorithms.

Kids will be able to create
Independently created website written using HTML, CSS, and Javascript elements.

A whole series of WEB pages written throughout the course.

The skill of searching and analyzing information for placement on the site.

The ability to use the graphic editor Photoshop to prepare images for the site.
